Carol Almond-Martin is a European Patent Attorney. She created our Lyon Office in 1989, having previously spent 10 years as an examiner at the European Patent Office. She regularly advises clients on patents in the fields of biotechnology, plant biology, immunology, diagnostics and pharmacy.
A large part of her work is devoted to oppositions and appeals before the EPO, including proceedings before the Enlarged Board of Appeal. She is an experienced professional with many years of experience in coordinating international patent litigation.
She has been a Partner since 1995 and oversees the running of our Lyon office.
