Cabinet PLASSERAUD and Cabinet EGYP (Ernest Gutmann-Yves Plasseraud S.A.S) are delighted to announce that they joined forces on November 15, 2018. Together they form a key player in intellectual property in France and Europe: 300 employees with a wide range of technical and legal expertise.
With numerous offices in France and abroad, the PLASSERAUD IP Group is thus expanding its presence in the cities of Paris, Lyon and Toulouse and is now represented in Spain, thanks to EGYP’s office in Alicante, close to the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).
The sharing of skills, processes and resources resulting from this step will make it possible to offer ever more precise solutions, tailored to clients’ needs, whether they are large groups, ETIs, SMEs, research organisations or start-ups. The Group’s mission is to support its clients in defining and deploying their intellectual property strategy, concerning:
- Patents (Chemistry, Life Sciences, Mechanics, Electronics, Computer Science)
- Trademarks, designs and models
- Internet and data (domain names, RGPD,…)
- The evaluation of intellectual property rights (portfolio audit, financial valuation, contracts, etc.)
